Your order is expected to be delivered within 1–3 business days. Once your package is handed over to the courier service, we will send you the latest tracking information by email!
Yes, there is an option for personal pickup. Our pickup point address is: 2220 Vecsés, Széchenyi utca 150.
There are two options for free delivery:
- We deliver to Monor and Vecsés for free.
- For other locations, we provide free delivery for orders over 20,000 Ft.

Important! Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for custom-made products. If you still wish to cancel your order, please notify us. Cancellation is only valid for orders that have not yet entered the preparation stage.
